About Me
Howdy everybody, Kurt Stilwell here. I’m not the biggest fan of talking about myself, so I’ll keep it brief. I’m just a guy who loves anime, manga, fantasy and games who’s taking a shot at writing a book of his own. Initially accepted at Emerson College, life lead me instead to Bridgewater State University from which I walked away with a duel degree in English and Marketing, an extensive Resident Assistant career, fraternity letters with Phi Kappa Theta, and eventually a wife (hi babe!). So writing has always been my goal, I just happened to get lost on the rotary for a while.
I was looking for a motivator to help me along with my writing. While my first idea was starting a “Book Beard” that I would only shave when I finished the book, I figured my wife would just shave it in the middle of the night (and I don’t trust her coordination, especially with the lights off ((please don’t tell her)). So, why not a blog? I’m not sure where this will take us if you’re willing to come along on the journey with me, but isn’t discovering the unexpected the best part of any venture? So I hope you brought snacks and are ready to hit the road!
